Policies and procedures through Covid19.

To Our Clients,

Here at Kevin Day Photography, we are doing everything we can to keep you safe. The staff is fully vaccinated but in addition to this we are doing the following.

• Hand sanitizer is located through outage studio. We ask that you use this to enter the studio and whenever you feel  it is needed throughout your session.

• We will now be spacing out each photo shoot with a 10 minute gap in between, resulting in a maximum of five photo shoots per day. This is to make sure there are no overlaps with clients in order to keep the number of people in the studio to a minimum.

• During this 10 minute time period, we will sanitize areas throughout the studio that may have been touched (door handles, clothing rack, etc.). Because of this we are encouraging all of our clients to be on time for their appointment so we can facilitate these new practices.

• In addition to spacing out the shoots, we will also be limiting the number of people that can accompany a client for each shoot. This means no more than one family member or friend for each model/actor in order to best practice social distancing guidelines.

• While in the studio the staff will be wearing face coverings.  We ask that any people with you wear a mask indoors as well. Outside by state guidelines in not necessary.

• We have adjusted our cancelation policy to 7 days. But if you are feeling sick please stay home we can rebook you to another date and time with out penalty/fee.

• As for payment, we are encouraging contactless payment options (Apple pay, Venmo)
